About This Service

  • Before School Care
  • After School Care
  • Vacation Care

Adventure OSHC Blakehurst runs before school care, after school care and vacation care at Blakehurst Public School in Carss Park.

Before school, kids can have breakfast with us and educators see them safely to class when the bell goes. After school there is afternoon tea, then sport outside or quieter activities inside until pick up. In the school holidays we run full days with excursions and visiting guests.

All of our educators are qualified, and we roster more of them per child than most providers do. Come and say hi!

Our philosophy

Adventure OSHC Blakehurst is a nurturing, inclusive and engaging place where children thrive. In line with our focus on active, healthy lifestyles, we aim to be a second family for children and support their physical, emotional and social development.

We keep the atmosphere warm and supportive so every child feels safe, valued and inspired to explore what they can do. We meet the National Quality Standards and the Child Safe Standards, and we uphold the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

We keep improving our practice to support each child's growth and wellbeing, so the service stays responsive to the needs of our community.

Fees

Session fees are shown before any Child Care Subsidy is applied. Most families pay less. Every vacation care day has an experience fee on top of the daily fee, and the subsidy applies to both. Late pick-up fees aren’t covered by the subsidy.
